Midtown Medical, now under construction, will be a three story building occupying most of the 2800 block on the west side of Chicago Avenue. The Midtown Greenway Coalition was successful in recommending that the development feature greenspace between the parking ramp and the Greenway rather than a new alley and an exit from the parking ramp. Also, the parking ramp is set back from the Greenway, allowing room for there to eventually be a public walkway along the street level rim of the
Greenway overlooking the trails.
