Cepro Greenspace

Between 10th and 11th Avenues is the former location of the old Cepro Grain Elevators.  Today, it is the new site of an ADA compliant ramp and greenspace.  The County, the Coalition and Midtown Phillips are all working to create a public space that is universally accessible, ecologically sustainable and allows for artist expression throughout the space.
