East Phillips Gateway
The area on the south side of the trail when parallel to 28th Street, was identified by the Hi Lake Business Association as an area in need of attention. A steering committee came together and along with Hennepin County, a landscaping plan was created. Parts of the plan have been planted but more assistance is needed. Implementation money is available for the next year, so if you know of a group looking for a project make sure to let us know and you can make this plan a reality.
